To develop the knowledge, skills and competencies of human resources by adopting a student and project-oriented approach in education and training and to provide qualified education and guidance support for its students to contribute to society, especially in the field of education.
To adopt strategic leadership in the development and maintenance of graduate programs for all main science / disciplines within its structure.
To make strategic plans for the opening of new master's and/or doctoral programs in addition to the existing master's programs with thesis.
